This delicious salad is so yummy, you wont believe your eating something nutritious !
You will need :
1 Whole cucumber
3 tomatoes
1 red onions
1/2 bunch of parsley
1 pitta bread
4 radish's
dried parsley
sumac spice
Method
Chop up all your vegetables the more finely you chop your vegetables the more delicious the salad will be. Cut up your pitta, traditionally in triangles, although we tend to make them square, fry them slowly and gently in a little bit of oil.
Mix all your chopped vegetables together, add a generous amount of olive oil, top with your pitta squares. Sprinkle a generous amount of sumac and enjoy !
