We are always looking for some yummy #healthy recipe options that don't compromise on taste and this #granola recipe does not disappoint. I would go as far as to say it might just be the best tasting granola I have ever had in my life. The fusion of #rose with the #cardamom adds a depth of flavour whilst the #almonds and #chai seeds add that crunch that we all want from a good granola.
Ingredients:
1 Cup rolled oats
1/2 chopped almonds
1/4 cup of chopped cashew
handful of pistachio
4 tablespoons Chia seeds
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 tbsp Coconut oil
1/3 cup edible rose petals (available from gp spices website)
1/4 cup rose water
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl simply throw in all your dry ingredients and then mix in your oil and rose water
Transfer everything onto a lined baking tray and bake in total for 15 minutes at 180C - using a fork every five minutes to fluff and mix your granola .
Once your #granola is all cooked allow it to cool and simply store in an airtight container, we love adding it to yoghurt for a #delicious breakfast or even a healthy dessert option.
